Purpose of Special Meeting

The purpose of the meeting was to receive a presentation regarding the draft 2011 budget for the County of Simcoe and to consider a report regarding the Serenity Residential Inc. Affordable Housing project in Orillia.

A Moment of Private Contemplation

Warden Patterson asked those present to take a moment for private contemplation.

All members of Council were present with the exception of Councillors Foster, Milne, Savage, and Walsh.
